SPORMATE KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI AYDINLATMA METNİ

Spormate (“Web Sitesi” ve “Şirket”) olarak, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, kullanıcılarımızın kişisel verilerinin gizliliğine ve güvenliğine azami hassasiyet göstermekteyiz. İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, kişisel verilerinizin hangi amaçlarla işlendiğini, hangi yöntemlerle toplandığını ve haklarınızı açıklamaktadır.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

KVKK kapsamında, kişisel verileriniz; veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Spormate tarafından işlenmektedir.

2. Toplanan Kişisel Veriler

Spormate tarafından aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenebilir:

4. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda belirtilen amaçlar doğrultusunda;

Kişisel verileriniz, Spormate web sitesi, mobil uygulama, e-posta, iletişim formları ve çerezler (cookie) gibi dijital platformlar aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır. Bu veriler, KVKK’nın 5. maddesinde belirtilen;

Hukuki yükümlülük

hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.

6. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca, aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
Verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
KVKK’ya aykırı işlenmiş verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
Düzeltme veya silme işlemlerinin üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
